Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:-
(Make approx : 72pcs)
(A)
280g Flour (sifted)
1tsp Baking Powder (sifted)
pinch of Salt
(B)
100g Shortening
120g Butter
120g Castor Sugar
(C)
1 Egg (beaten)
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Some Oats to coat and Red Cherries
Method:-

Method:-
- Beat Ing.B till light and fluffy. Add C and beat well. Fold in Ing A to form a smooth dough.
- Take a teaspoon of the dough and drop it on the oats, coat. Roll into balls and decorate with cherries.
- Place on greased trays and bake in oven at 180deg C for 30-35 minutes or till golden brown.
- Leave to cool then storing in air tight containers.

Japanese Puff
(A)
150g Plain Flour
50g Bread Flour
20g Butter
1/12tsp salt
7g Sugar
half Egg
75g Water
(B)
150g Pastry Margarine
- Mix Ingredient A, knead to form smooth dough. Let it rest for 20minutes
- Roll out the dough into rectangular shape.
- Place the pastry margarine onto half side of the dough then wrap it up.
- Roll up the dough into thick and fold the two ends to he centre then form a book fold with 4 layers. Let it rest for 15minutes.
- Repeat step 4 three more times.
- Roll out he puff pastry into rectangular shape, then brush the top with water.
- Roll it up like a swill roll. Keep refrigerated for at least 3 hours to let it firm
- Cut it into 10mm thick, coat both sides with sugar. Roll it to thick oval shape.
- Place it into a prepared pan lined with baking paper and sprinkle some sugar on top
- Bake in oven 190 deg C for 20-25minutes or until golden brown.

Marble Butter Cake
Ingredients :
250g Butter
70g Margarine
5 Eggs
250g Castor Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Essence
280g Cake Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Cocoa Powder
1tsp Choc Emulco
Method
- Cream butter, margarine & sugar until light & fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
- Mix vanilla essence until evenly blended.
- Fold in flour until well incorporated.
- Take 1/4 of the above batter and mix with cocoa powder & choc emulco until well blended.
- Pour plain batter into greased pan, spoon the choc batter over the plain batter and swirl it to make marble effects.
- Bake at 180C for 55 minutes.
*Adjust the butter and sugar
(My cake bake out was not that soft cause i use wrong method. The method i use is beat the butter until fluffy only add in eggs n sugar, this is WRONG METHOD. So you all must follow the above method is CORRECT.)
