Ingredients :-
175g high protein flour (bread flour)
75g whole meal flour
20g brown sugar
5g salt
4g instant yeast
160ml cold water
17.5g shortening
Method
- Combine flours, brown sugar, salt and instant yeast into a mixer. Pour in cold water, beat until form dough. Lastly add in shortening , beat until a smooth and elastic dough is formed. (if use hand mixer need to hold loudly)
- Place dough into a warm place, cover and leave to rise until doubled inside.
- Divide dough into each portion. knead to round shapes and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
- Roll up the dough and roll up. Place into greased mould, leave aside for 60minutes or sie up to 80% full. (But mine rise up to 100+% cause went out for dinner, is over rise for 2 hours )
- Bake in preheat oven at 200 deg C for 35 minutes or until cooked. Remove bread immediately.(mine bake for 30minutes)
*the next day i eat the bread was feel hard. don't know which part i do not correctly do. After i know the mistake will let you all know it :)
